Here at SLFURNITURE LONDON every item is QC checked upon arrival and for dispatch from our warehouse before it goes out to you. We aim to provide you a great service and meet all your needs to the best of our ability and will always prioritise you as our customer all the time. We understand sometimes things do not go to plan, therefore below are our Terms and Conditions of sale through this website, our stores or over any of our social media platforms including but not limiting Facebook- Instagram, Snapchat, Ebay, Amazon, Etsy and Shpock.
All items should be accepted, inspected and confirmed in good condition upon delivery, you may ask the driver to open the goods if this has been delivered by our own fleet and confirm receipt by signing the delivery note once you are happy with the goods. This will confirm you have accepted the items in good condition and there are no faults, If the goods have been delivered via our couriers, they will not be allowed to open the goods but you may do so straight away yourself. If you find the goods are not damaged upon delivery this must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures submitted to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org
We expect all items to be repacked or at least have the original packaging available upon a return request due to damaged items, therefore we would advise the packaging remains until you are satisfied there are no damages within the 24 hour window from delivery date/time. Any items reported after the 24 hour window will not be accepted unless there may have been special circumstances which the company will apply their own discretion to. Where the packaging is not available we will reduce the refund monies due to you to recover packaging costs by applying a 5% reduction in the refund amount due to you.
If you have changed your mind following a delivery, we would absolutely expect the items to be in original packaging and unopened as we could not sell the items as brand new once they have been opened. If the item has been opened and the original packaging not to be available we can under no circumstances accept this return and no refund will be due to you. To be clear we must find the items exactly as they were delivered to you.
If you have changed your mind and the above criteria has been met, we would be happy to offer you an exchange from anything in our store, alternatively a refund but it must be within 14 days of your purchase.
in the unlikely event, for items that have arrived damaged, we will cover transport costs, but please remember packaging must be available. For items where you have simply changed your mind there will be an expectation to pay transport costs at a fixed rate of £20 for items above £300 and £10 for items below £300. We will automatically deduct this from any monies due back to you.
To report anything relating to the above you must always email email@example.com to process your request.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
